Avenica was born out of the frustration and guesswork that plagues hiring today. Hiring managers globally have been fed a steady diet of high-volume, low-data job applications that place a premium on subjectivity and bias. Resumes tell partial stories. Interviews reinforce bias. Decisions are made quickly and corrected later. The result is record-high levels of job dissatisfaction, turnover, and employee disengagement.
We built Avenica to change that.
Unwilling to accept this state of affairs, we set out to develop a comprehensive solution that captures vast amounts of data through a series of AI-driven micro-experiences and multi-sensory assessments to provide highly predictive hiring.
