Avenica was born out of the frustration and guess work that plagues hiring today. Hiring managers globally have been fed a steady diet of high volume, low data job applications that place a premium on subjectivity and bias. The result is record-high levels of job dissatisfaction, turnover, and employee disengagement. Unwilling to accept this state of affairs, the builders of Avenica set out to develop a comprehensive solution that captures vast amounts of data through a series of AI driven micro-experiences and multi-sensory assessments to provide highly predictive hiring.
